On Friday, May 16th, 2025, Gasvine Properties Limited officially marked 7 incredible years of service, growth, and impact in Nigeria’s real estate sector. This milestone wasn’t just a celebration of time — it was a reflection of vision, resilience, transformation, and the unwavering trust of our clients, staff, partners, and communities


A Week of Purposeful Celebration


Our Anniversary Week was carefully curated to blend gratitude, service, fun, and reflection. The activities kicked off with 1-Hour Morning Praise sessions from Monday to Thursday, setting the tone each day with inspiration and thanksgiving.


On Tuesday and Wednesday, our team embarked on strategic community outreach and brand visibility drives, tagged "Storming", reminding people of our presence, value, and commitment to excellence.


Friday came alive with a vibrant Praise Party, ushering in the main day with joy and heartfelt gratitude. We reflected on our journey from humble beginnings to becoming a household name in real estate.



Giving Back Through CSR


The celebration continued with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) outreach on Saturday morning, May 17th, where we hosted a free medical screening for the community. Hundreds benefited from eye checkups, free eyeglasses, malaria and typhoid testing, sugar level checks, health talks, and free medications — a gesture that reaffirmed our belief in giving back


Arise News was also present to cover the event, giving the world a glimpse into how Gasvine is impacting lives beyond property development.



Dinner Night


The evening was crowned with elegance and unity as we hosted our much-anticipated Anniversary Dinner Night, celebrating our staff, partners, and progress with style.



Sunday Thanksgiving

We concluded our week with a spirit-lifting Thanksgiving Service on Sunday at 1PM, dedicating our growth, future, and clients into God’s hands. It was a time of praise, reflection, and renewed purpose.


What This Anniversary Meant


More than just a celebration, this milestone was a renewal of our mission to provide quality real estate investment opportunities while creating value and lasting legacies for clients home and abroad.


We heard testimonials from staff and stakeholders, aired inspirational interviews from our MD, COO, Executive Director, HODs, Regional Managers, and even our Diaspora Ambassadors in the UK and Germany. Their stories were proof that our impact has truly gone global.
